missing a file

I try to load your demo file, but I have always a error.

First: UTF8.php file is missing, where I find this file?

I can't continue without this file, I try comment this include file but I have antoher error.

Have you also downloaded all the required dependencies? There is a section named "Packages needed by this class", please check it out. Or, if you find it easier, head to "http://www.ciacob.tk/" and download a zip containing the class and all required dependencies.
