This class provides a arapper to access SQL databases using PDO.

It can establish a connection with a database server using a database connection string, a user name and a password defined in constants set outside the class script.

The class can perform several types of operations to access a database like:

- Executing a SQL query with optional parameters
- Get the query results into an array with the whole results set, or just one row or just one value
